Pepper tree consists of two villas, the main apartment on ground level and a second one on top of it. Being positioned at the unique location right in the beginning of the beautiful seaside town of Naousa, you will find it easy to blend in the social life and activities the small port has to offer and still enjoy the privacy and breathtaking view of your villa.
With four bedrooms which can host two people each, the villa can accommodate eight people in total. A small apartment by the pool is there to cover the stay of your housekeepers who will ensure the proper daily maintenance and exceptional food experience.
Live the apartment on its fullest with majestic sunsets by the terrace, day and night barbecues, cocktails by the swimming pool even a swim on the “mikro piperi” beach located 20m from the pool exit.

Terrace consists of outdoor sofas, a coffee table and an umbrella that can host all groups. In the back of the terrace, there’s barbeque and a dining table mostly suited for night meals.
The swimming pool is located right in front of your villa and consists of a large bean-shaped, turquoise swimming pool with boulder additions that imitate the natural surrounding environment.
A large lunch/dining Parian marble table that can host 8 people will also be found in the swimming pool area as well as six sunbeds placed in the perimeter of it.
